Please note:

  1. Registration Fee includes 8% tax.
  2. Students are required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpg/jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID via online registration form. Without it, Delegates fee will be charged.
    Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for adult students with full time job.
  3. Accompanying persons are limited to the participants' family members only.
  4. Lunch is NOT included in the registration fee.
    We recommend that you order the Lunch Box, because there are few restaurants near the symposium site.

If you require a receipt for the payment, please mention it on the registration form.
Receipt will be provided at the symposium site.


If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Registration Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Registration Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.

If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Changes of Registration

Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your personal page.
If you would like to change your registration category and payment method, please contact the Registration Office.


If you wish to cancel your registration, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. Refunds will be made according to the following guidelines, based on the date when the notification of cancellation is received by the Registration Office. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the symposium proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.

* About the refund

  • - Via Credit card:
    The refund will be made via the credit card which you have used at the registration.
  • - Via Bank transfer:
    All refunds will be made after the symposium.
    Bank charges will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.

Insurance and Liability

The symposium organizer does not take responsibility for any personal accidents, damages or losses. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements to obtain health, travel and property insurance before their departure.

VISA Information

Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures:
The organizer will prepare the documents that should be prepared by the inviting person in Japan and send them to you.

Before you apply for assistance, you are required to take the following steps.

  1. Complete your registration with full payment of the fee
  2. Book a Flight
  3. Reserve a Hotel

All Participants who request visa support are required agree following conditions.

  1. A ) To comply with Japanese law during your stay in Japan.
  2. B ) To report to the FAST-zero '17 Registration Office, if requested any.
  3. C ) To report any schedule change about your stay to the FAST-zero '17 Registration Office, and to follow the instructions.
  4. D ) Not to engage in any unrelated activities other than attending the FAST-zero '17.
  5. E ) To return to your home country immediately after FAST-zero '17.
  6. F ) To declare that you are healthy and free of any contagious disease.
  7. G ) To be responsible for all necessary expenses regarding, but not limited to, your travel and accommodation expenses.
